Brand Development Team Leader

Summary:

DeeDee Animation Studio is an award-winning animation studio located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Our team consists of passionate storytellers, producers, directors, artists, and animators. We help our international clients (United States, Europe, Japan, and others) bring their 2D animated projects to life. We also develop and produce our own Intellectual Properties (series, movies) with the aim of bringing Vietnam's animation and animators onto the world’s stage.

As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a Brand Development Team Leader to support our Sales team in growing the company’s revenue and portfolio of clients.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients (studios, brands, content creators, producers, and broadcasters), industry trends, and competitive landscape to develop the brand.

2. Develop and implement brand development strategies for animated film products.

3. Create and manage budgets for brand activities in the short and long term.

4. Manage, coordinate, and analyze the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.

5. Collaborate with other departments such as production, sales, and communications to optimize the effectiveness of brand strategies.

6. Manage digital marketing platforms and social media accounts (Wix website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Behance, YouTube, Vimeo).

7. Manage tasks and develop team members within the content creation team

8. Work with the content creation team to create engaging content for all platforms in English and Vietnamese, considering SEO.

9. Prepare periodic reports as required.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Branding, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing/branding, preferably in a leadership role.

3. Fluent in English is a must (attach your English certificate if any).

4. International mindset, open-minded, modern, and dynamic.

5. Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.

6. Hands-on experience with social media management.

7. Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

8. Interest in animation and films or experience in the industry is a plus.

Other Information:

1. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, working 2 Saturdays (1st and 3rd weeks) each month.

2. Location: Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City.
