About The Role
DeeDee Animation Studio is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to drive our inbound and outbound sales efforts.
It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to use their communication skills to advance their sales career in a diverse and supportive environment
What You'll Do:
1. Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting.
2. Research target accounts and identify relevant stakeholders.
3. Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess fit and business needs.
4. Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
5. Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems.
6. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
7. Provide market feedback regarding customer needs, competitive dynamics, and messaging effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience: 1–3 years in sales, business development, customer-facing, recruiting, consulting, hospitality, or other relationship-driven roles.
2. Personal Attributes: Competitive but collaborative, High accountability, Positive attitude, Self-motivated, Results-oriented
Work Location: Central Point Building, 219 Trung Kinh Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Public holidays and Tet holidays are observed in accordance with Vietnamese labor regulations.
