Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Identify potential clients (studios, brands, content creators, producers, and broadcasters) and populate our clients’ database
- Prospect potential clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn, find the right contact person, collect key information and ask qualifying questions
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and the Business Development Director and help prepare meeting materials
- Support the Business Development Director in the sales process with clients
- Support the Business Development Director in preparing and delivering effective sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients
- Maintain up-to-date tasks and sales reports in the company’s CRM
- Achieve KPIs set by the company (Nb of new qualified contacts, of new meetings scheduled, revenue generated from new customers, quarterly and annual revenue targets)
- Assist in organizing and attending networking events, conferences, and trade shows
Qualifications:
- Degree in international sales, international business or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development
- Fluent in English is a must (attach your English certificate if any)
- International mindset, open-minded, modern, and dynamic, able to work with foreigners in a B2B environment
- Customer and result/target-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident with prospecting, making multiple phone calls, emails, touchpoints to potential clients every day
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Comfortable with IT: Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.
- Experience in creative products/services sales is a plus
- Interest in animation, filmmaking, and creative services/products is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

- Working hours: 08:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday (1h30 lunch break, 20 min afternoon break), can be required to work outside of the working hours due to time zone difference with clients
