DeeDee Animation Studio
Originals
HOME AGAIN is inspired by the final conscription of 1971 in Hanoi. That year, the struggle for national reunification was entering its most intense period. Over 4,000 students from 33 universities, colleges, and vocational schools across the North "set aside their pens and rulers to march to the front." These young soldiers, whose hands were still accustomed to holding pens, now shouldered rifles, ready for battle. They all carried a fierce belief in a reunified nation and the reunion of their families.
