Watt A Dream Date is a special episode of the hit series Miraculous Chibi spanning over two minutes, created for Miraculous Corp in collaboration with the Chinese electric vehicle brand BYD. The film follows the two main characters as they embark on a romantic date through the heart of Paris in a BYD electric car. Along the way, a series of unexpected mishaps and funny little obstacles the BYD vehicle becomes far more than just a mode of transportation - it seamlessly guides the duo closer to their perfect date.

For this project, DeeDee Animation Studio was responsible for the animation and background art. Notably, the animation team integrated 3D elements into the 2D character animation to enhance the animation quality. The background team worked directly with the commercial's Director - who also served as the Background Supervisor for the original series - to vividly recreate iconic Parisian landmarks, including the charming city streets and the historic Sacré-Cœur Basilica.

Following the project's success, DeeDee received high praise directly from the CEO of Miraculous Corp, further solidifying the studio's confidence for future collaborations with this corporation.
