‘The Silver iOn Squad’ is an animation web-series funded by Lifebuoy (Unilever), produced by DeeDee Animation Studio, and distributed by POPS Worldwide in late 2018. DeeDee was in charge of storyboarding, character designs, background paintings, animation, and compositing.
Takes place in a futuristic setting, the story follows 3 young superheroes to fight off evil-doers from outer space.
Upon its release, the animation series has received positive reactions from young audiences. The pilot episode of 'The Silver iOn Squad', premiered on POPS Kids channel, acquired over 1.2 million views on YouTube.
