DeeDee Animation Studio Motivates Future Creatives at BUV’s Careers Day 2025

On July 29, 2025, DeeDee Animation Studio took part in Careers Day SOCCI 2025, hosted by the School of Communications & Creative Industries (SOCCI) at the British University Vietnam (BUV).

Mr. Ha Huy Hoang- Art Director, offered thoughtful guidance to the students.

Invited by Dr. Paul D.J. Moody, Head of School, SOCCI, DeeDee’s Art Director Ha Huy Hoang represented the animation industry among 10 creative companies attending the event. His role was not only to review students’ portfolios but also to share insights from his actual work experience, helping them better understand themselves and confidently take their first steps into the creative industry.

BUV students received valuable feedback and advice through Career Day

The event connected Year 2 and Year 3 students from Contemporary Creative Practice (CCP) and Professional Communication (PC) with industry professionals through portfolio presentations and focused one-on-one meetings. These short but meaningful exchanges offered students practical advice, clearer career directions, and the encouragement to further develop their talents.

For DeeDee, Careers Day was an opportunity to support young talent and help bridge the gap between academic training and the realities of the creative industry. By guiding students through feedback and conversations, DeeDee hopes to contribute to nurturing the next generation of creators in Vietnam.
