Producer

Job Description:

Take full responsibility for planning and coordinating the entire production process of the project from A to Z.
Work directly with clients and the Lead Producer to understand project requirements, define objectives, and clarify the scope of work.
Develop timelines, allocate resources, and oversee the overall progress of the project.
Proactively handle and resolve issues, making quick and effective decisions to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure the quality of final deliverables and handle client handovers directly.
Continuously improve workflows and propose optimization solutions to enhance studio production efficiency.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills; experience working with international clients is a plus.
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Excellent project management, task organization, and problem-solving skills.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and strategic thinker.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Producer or equivalent role in animation, film, or international production environments.

Working Location & Hours:

Address: Central Point Building – 219 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and two Saturdays per month (the 1st and 3rd Saturdays).
Day off: Remaining Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in accordance with Vietnamese labor regulations.
