ADEEVUI 2025: DeeDee Animation Studio’s Year-End Team Bonding Trip with Avalook and Vexa Studio

Recently, Sang Y Group (form by 3 brands: DeeDee Animation Studio, Vexa Studio and Avalook) organized a 2 days 1 night getaway called ADEEVUI - a small journey filled with laughter, cherished memories, and meaningful moments spent together.

This year-end trip was an opportunity for the entire team to reconnect and express appreciation for a year of continuous effort.

Taking place on December 21-22, ADEEVUI was held simultaneously for Sang Y’s two offices. While the Hanoi office enjoyed a relaxing stay at Legacy Hill Resort (Hoa Binh), the Ho Chi Minh City office traveled to the beautiful coastal city of Vung Tau, wrapping up the year in a refreshing atmosphere.

Evenings in Hoa Binh and Vung Tau were moments for the whole team to gather around warm, cozy dinners, listening to speeches from the Board of Directors, and looking back on the journey we had taken together in a close and sincere setting.

A big part of the trip was free time that allowed team members to relax freely, enjoy themselves, and connect in their own ways - staying true to the spirit of a well-deserved break after a year of hard work and dedication.

More than just a retreat, this trip was also considered a meaningful reward for the entire studio, celebrated in a joyful atmosphere as Sang Y’s IP projects continued to achieve remarkable milestones across competitions and film festivals: Jelly’s Bean won the Short & Series Films category at the Vietnam Animation IP Contest; Broken Beings: Refuse to Awake was selected for the Vietnam Genre Film Projects 2025 at the Da Nang Asian Film Festival; Hoàng Thị Thế: Fate & Destiny received positive responses from both audiences and industry professionals; and most recently, the animated short Home Again achieved an impressive hat-trick at the Vietnam Film Festival, winning the Silver Lotus Award, along with Best Director and Best Animator awards!

ADEEVUI 2025 not only marked the close of a year filled with effort and achievements, but also recharged the entire Sang Y Group’s teams with new energy, inspiration, and a stronger sense of unity to be ready to step into 2026 with new projects and creative journeys ahead.
